From time to time we sponsor Camp Counsellor Training Camps, so participants can participate for free after passing a two-phase application process. The camp itself is a stand-alone thing which we do from the heart for its own sake, because we love to share our knowledge about pedagogy and camps - however we indirectly benefit since we usually hire people through these camps. We found that quite convenient since observing people at camps is so much more revealing than during interviews.
